Blue Johanna Cottages In-house Suites offer pet friendly Bed and Breakfast accommodation in the Otway Ranges, with a bit of a difference.

Both suites have private entrances off a guests verandah, separate ensuites & their own lounge areas. These luxury and comfortable suites are quite different from most Bed and Breakfasts, as there are no shared guest facilities between them.

Whilst being under the same roof as your hosts house, both suites are completely separate from one another, with no access between them or your hosts living section of the house.

Well behaved dogs are very welcome inside the suites. A cosy basket, linen, towels, bowls and treats are supplied on arrival.

The Johanna and Otway Suites both feature a Queen sized bed, quality linen & towels, ensuite, homemade aromatherapy soaps, TV, Video, Stereo, Couch, Breakfast making facilities including Microwave, Twinings Teas, Plunger Coffee, Fresh Flowers and Candles. Both suites are air conditioned and offer electric heating.

The Bed and Breakfast suites at Blue Johanna Cottages are surrounded by sheltered cottage gardens and beautiful spacious lawns, that attract lots of native birds.

The Johanna Bed and Breakfast Suite (left and right) is open plan offering lots of natural light and a separate ensuite.

This bed and breakfast suite offers views across the garden to the ocean and Cape Otway.

The Otway Bed and Breakfast Suite (left and right) features a breakfast/dining room that is separate from the bedroom and an ensuite with large corner spa.

This B&B suite offers views into the gardens that surround this pet friendly accommodation.
