Melbourne Cup Weekend Package includes complimentary Champagne, Chocolates and Strawberries on arrival.
BOOKING CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
All bookings are made subject to guests acceptance of our conditions below.
- Cottage - Arrival from 4pm. Departure strictly by 11am.
- In-house - Arrival time from 3pm. Departure is strictly by 10am.
- 50% of the full amount is required on booking or within 7 days. Remaining balance to be Paid on Arrival.
- Bookings 2 nights or less to be PAID IN FULL on confirmation of booking.
- Tentative bookings will only be held for 7 days without confirmation deposit.
- A $50 Cancellation Fee applies to all cancellations. No refund on early departures, days booked on invoice are days paid for.
- All tariffs are subject to change.
- Standard industry cancellation fees apply to all bookings: 21-60 days prior to booking date - 50% of deposit. Up to 21 days prior to booking date - 100% deposit. Up to 7 days prior and after arrival - 100% of total price.
- Xmas and Easter deposits are Non-Refundable, but are transferrable.
- Gift Vouchers are not refundable or redeemable for cash.
- We reserve the right to charge a fee equivalent to an extra night for late checkouts & accommodation left in a messy/untidy state. This includes unwashed dishes, smoking inside & damage to property. All additional cleaning or damage fees will be charged to your credit card.
- All accommodation is Non-Smoking. Please note: Smoking inside makes accommodation un-rentable for following guests and the cost to remove smoke from carpet and furnishings is approx $250 per accommodation.
- Guests are fully responsible for the behaviour of their pets whilst on our property. We reserve the right to ask guests/dogs to leave at anytime during their stay if their behaviour is deemed to be of an unacceptable nature.
- Dogs are not to be left unattended inside cottages and are not permitted on the beds. Additional fees apply to excessive dog hair/dirt on
furniture/bedding and urine stains. - We have guests staying at Blue Johanna Cottages that do not have or aren’t used to dogs. Please keep this in consideration at all times. This particularly applies to dogs barking and running around other cottage/in-house verandahs, most importantly at night and early morning.
